Little Kingdom (Nursery) Lead

Tues/Thurs, 9:15-3:45 plus occasional extra hours

The Little Kingdom lead cares for children in the nursery environment while parents are on campus. The lead works with an aide to provide a stable, safe, warm atmosphere for babies and toddlers. A future growth opportunity is to incorporate Montessori “Nido” methods and training.

Lower School (1st-8th)- Fine Arts

A fine arts instructor will lead students through various media including clay, chalk, paint, etc. and incorporate lessons with art history. Scheduling is TBD.

Lower School (1st-8th) - Choir

A choir director will work with students on Gregorian chant and sacred music, as well as folk tunes. Scheduling is TBD.

Lower School (1st-8th) - Physical Education

A PE coach will help students develop healthy sportsmanship and love of the outdoors. Scheduling is TBD.

Bethlehem (Lower Elementary) Guide

Mon/Wed 9:15-11:45 (TBD), Tues/Thurs 9:15-3:45

The Bethlehem Guide works with other colleagues within a multi-age classroom, covering most subjects. The guide implements the Regina Mater classical liberal arts curriculum and works with parents on personalized instruction and assessment.

Nazareth (Upper Elementary) Math Guide

Tues/Thurs, 2 Hours/Day

The Nazareth math guide works with the Math chair to design classroom instruction and monitor curriculum progress.

Nazareth (Upper Elementary) Guide

The Nazareth Guide works with other colleagues within a multi-age classroom, focusing on literature, poetry, composition, history, art history, and music history. The guide implements the Regina Mater classical liberal arts curriculum and works with parents on personalized instruction and assessment.

Cana (Middle School) Guide - Citizenship and Entrepreneurship

Mon/Wed 9:15-11:45 (TBD)

The Cana Guide will work with middle school students on citizenship and entrepreneurship learning projects with the goal of forming young men and women “for others,” as St. Ignatius says. Citizenship involves Socratic seminar, Plutarch, public speaking, and writing. Entrepreneurship uses materials from Catholic University of America and Empowered Youth. Students will also be completing Montessori-inspired agricultural business projects as part of our partnership with Headlong Farm.

Cana (Middle School) Guide - Bible and Catechism

Mon/Wed 12:00-2:00 (TBD)

The Cana Guide works with the Theology chair to implement a survey of the New Testament and Compendium Catechism of the Catholic Church. Service learning may also be incorporated into the school year in conjunction with entrepreneurship.

Tabor (High School) Chemistry

Mon/Wed 9:30-11:30 (TBD)

The Chemistry guide uses Novare Chemistry to teach a one-day block with lecture and labs. Curriculum is tailored to the needs of the students. College students are especially encouraged to apply.

Tabor (High School) Latin 3/4

Tues/Thurs (TBD)

An upper-level Latin teacher is needed for our highest level of Latin, which is reading classical authors and ecclesial texts.
